Keeping some "drafts" here for now until I can stop procrastinating and write more polished full-length posts. These were almost all written as Reddit posts when I was bored at work and had nothing better to do than think about Tolkien. Most of the ideas here will eventually get turned into a post on the official blog, but I'm keeping these as a marker for how my thoughts and writing evolved.
